The female (string) quartet Amiina have worked with Sigur Ros for many years, playing with them live and in the studio. Now they have stepped out on their debut 4-track EP (about 20 mins). Beautiful and hypnotic music.

 We are still waiting to get our CD to Sigur Rós'
webstore on their site, hopefully it will happen in the next days. The CD
has been released in Iceland (last Moday) and will soon be available on
https://www.smekkleysa.net/ as well. For now we have only had 1000 copies
made (divided between stores on the web, in the UK and Iceland) but in
March next year it will be released in USA  as well, and for that we are
will most likely have it on 10" vinyl as well.
